For my Sellers, my Real Estate Assistant, Shari, will handle all of the marketing tasks for your home. Shari will handle all of the pre-listing activities to position your home in the best light in order to hit the market with impact from it's first day on the market. Once your home is on the market, Shari will keep you informed with showing notificiations, feedback updates, and post marketing activity into your Real Estate Information Center – a personal, secure website where you can view all of our marketing efforts in one place.
Shari is also in charge of staying on top of my listings' presence on the Internet. She will ensure that your home receives top placement on all Internet Search Engines and publish content about your home online, including community information, neighborhood maps and school reports. Shari's efforts provide the rich, detailed information that Internet savvy Buyers crave.
Once we have a contract of sale on your home, my Transaction Coordinator, Rachel, will contact you. Rachel will keep you up to date at each step of the process - whether you need to complete paperwork, schedule settlement, or switch your utilities, Rachel will ensure that no detail is overlooked.
For all of my Clients – whether Buyers or Sellers – I never hand you off once your contract is signed. I remain your primary point of contact throughout your entire transaction – from the day we meet until the day of settlement. I know that staying in contact with your Realtor matters to you.
