I hold Realtor and Associate Broker licenses, as well as the GRI designation. I am also a CDPE, a Certified Distressed Property Expert. For my Sellers, my Real Estate Assistant will handle the emarketing tasks for your home. You may first meet Shari when she comes to photograph your home. Once your home is on the market, Shari will keep you informed by emailing you weekly emarketing updates, and post activity into your Real Estate Information Center – your very own secure website with all of your property’s showings, feedback, and marketing efforts. Once we have a sale, Shari may contact you to arrange inspections, or to gather necessary paperwork.
We have a Student Intern and clerical Office Assistant on our Team, Colton, who is in charge of staying on top of my Seller homes’ presence on the Internet. Colton ensures that your home receives top placement on all Internet Search Engines. He will also publish content about your home online, including community information, neighborhood maps and school reports. Colton’s efforts provide the rich, detailed information that Internet savvy Buyers crave and work to develop the Team’s social media marketing strategy.
